Quality Equipment Group Account Application

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. I/We understand that the terms of trade are strictly payment by 20 th the month following purchase.
2. I/We understand any discounts or promotions offered will be recharged at standard wholesale rates if payment has not been settled by agreed date.
3. No goods will be accepted for credit unless a claim is made within 30 days, and the original invoice is quoted
4. Ownership of the goods shall remain with Quality Equipment Ltd and not pass to a buyer until payment is received in full.
5. Where the applicant is a company, you the guarantor and the supplier agree that;
   1. In exchange for the supplier agreeing to provide goods or services under this agreement, you guarantee the supplier
      payment of all money owed to them by the applicant and performance of all the applicants obligations under this
      agreement.
   2. This guarantee will continue while any money remains outstanding under the terms of this agreement.
6. I/We authorise any person or company to irrevocably prove such information as you may require in response to your credit and/or employment enquires. I/We further authorise you to provide to any third party details of this application and any subsequent dealings that I/We have with you as a result of this application being actioned by you.
